Today I was invited to a beginner's belly dance workshop. Exercising by moving and shaking my hips like Shakira was too good to pass up! Rochelle Rice, fitness and health instructor, invited Miriam, a special guest instructor, who has been formally studying the art of belly-dance since 2004. Miriam was engaging and showed us how belly dancing can be graceful at any size.
