Three years ago today, I had the opportunity to work on a series of exercise videos featuring the "non-traditional body types" we're accustomed to seeing in work out videos. The purpose was to get women of various ages and levels of fitness to motivate full figured women to begin to move their bodies. Moving your body is the first step to a healthier life, and not everyone is ready for Jillian or Shaun. Sometimes you need baby steps to get you prepared for the insanity.
